It is with deep sadness that we share the devastating loss of Sean Nelsen, our beloved VP, Sales and Marketing. He was not only a respected leader, but also a mentor and dear friend to many of us at Fowler. Sean had a gift of nurturing those around him and impacted countless lives, both professionally and personally. He has left an indelible mark on the company, our industry, and with the many friends he made along the way. He adored his family, was a man of God, loved his church, sports and travel. Our hearts are with Nelsen family and everyone who loved him. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Sean’s honor to When I Grow Up, an organization Sean and his wife, Jennifer joined on their mission to Kenya in 2015. https://lnkd.in/g9P4r8K2 We will miss Sean immensely.

Today, we hosted our Wellness Fair at our on-site health clinic! Employee well-being is our top priority. Our annual fair offers preventive care and health education, helping employees detect and manage concerns like diabetes or high cholesterol early on. Today's event was a huge success, with free physical exams and a chance to win a $500 prize! Together, we're building a healthier, stronger community. Samsons grape season is in full swing! Our team has been hard at work, and the results are in – our vineyards are overflowing with the freshest, juiciest grapes ready for you to enjoy. 🍇🌿

We were thrilled to welcome first-year UCI School of Medicine students from the PRIME-LC pathway to Fowler Packing! The students learned about our company history and toured our citrus facilities, cafeteria, and on-site medical clinic, where they had an engaging Q&A session with our medical team. It was an honor to host these future medical professionals, share in their commitment to a healthy community, and educate them about the agricultural industry. Special thanks to Dr. Adriana Padilla from Community Health Partners and UCSF Fresno for co-hosting this event. We look forward to fostering more educational partnerships and inspiring the next generation of healthcare leaders!
