Inertia is the stubborn resistance to change in the physical world. It guards the status quo. It explains why those at rest remain at rest and those in motion persist in their movement. The larger the group/company, the greater the resistance to change, requiring more effort to move forward. Inertia is not just a physical concept; it also sheds a light on our habits, beliefs, and resistance to change. The longer we resist, the more force is needed to move forward. Therefore the path of least resistance is the better choice. Starting is the most challenging part, but once in motion, it becomes easier to maintain. Small steps reduce the force needed to overcome the status quo. Inertia presents both challenges and opportunities - successful companies choose the right direction and build momentum, allowing inertia to work for them. Startups leverage their agility and adaptability as a competitive advantage. Success breeds sucess as small wins compound, growing bigger and bigger in time. We may resist change, but the reward goes to those who dare overcome that resistance.

There is no formula for success—you just begin and then you continue through the mistakes and the accomplishments. I’m often asked how to have a career and the answer is confoundingly simple: Do the work. Over and over again, just do the work. After you build the courage to climb that latter by taking the first step, it’s all about repetition incorporating a few new additions with each rung. #CareerAdvice #HardWork #SuccessMindset

It takes justice within ourselves to be a good person, more important than talent, fame, or success. The most crucial work we can do is to prioritize justice over appearances in our jobs, social hierarchy, and mirrors. The essence of life is progressing towards doing what is right to evolve personally and as a society. Let's focus on monitoring our morals rather than our appearances. Choose kindness, engage in endeavors that enhance rather than harm, and support others in their success. hashtag #Justice hashtag #Morals hashtag #Kindness hashtag #PersonalGrowth hashtag #SocietyDevelopment

It's important to remember that not everyone is going to like us, whether it's in an interview or life in general. But that's okay, even the most loved and liked person will have people not like them. It's even harder when the reasons for not liking us are based on things we can't change, like where we live, our age, or our religion. The truth is, people will judge us for all sorts of reasons, even for the work we do and what they have heard about us. But always remember, people often project their own insecurities onto us, even when we do the right thing. It can be painful and unfair, but that's just life. As Kipling once said, "bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools." Don't let the criticism muddle your mind. Keep your mind clear and focused on what you can control. Keep doing the right thing and stay focused on what you can improve. Let the fools chatter as they will. Stay strong with self-control and justice. Remember, you are in control of your own actions and reactions.

Have you ever noticed how we tend to prioritize certain aspects of our lives, while neglecting others? Whether it's our professional development versus our roles as parents, or how we measure ourselves based on the opinions of others, it can be easy to lose sight of what truly matters. Perhaps it's time to shift our focus and prioritize our own morals, rather than the opinions of others. After all, true beauty and success are found in the choices we make to embody qualities like kindness, patience, forgiveness, and citizenship. As Marcus Aurelius once said, "remind yourself what nature demands of people. Then do it, without hesitation." It may be more challenging to prioritize being a good person over achieving fame or success, but in the end, it's our character and the quality of our lives that truly matter. So let's strive to be the best version of ourselves, both personally and professionally.
