The Village of Frankfort’s Historic Preservation Commission hosted an open house meeting tonight to discuss the Historic Buildings Survey that has been prepared by McGuire, Igelski & Associates, Inc. The survey results will serve as a resource for the community to learn more about the Village’s history and the historic properties within the survey boundary (map shown below). The survey results will also be used by the Village’s Historic Preservation Commission to make informed decisions when historic properties are being reviewed through the Commission’s development.
