The Workforce Services Division of Will County is proud to recognize two incredible partners who embody leadership, perseverance, and dedication! 🏆 Dutch American Foods, a pillar of Will County manufacturing for over 30 years, has grown to become the largest employer in Beecher, IL, and a leader in Crete. After recognizing a need for streamlined communication in their operations, DAF partnered with us to implement an extensive training program for their workforce, earning a $19,500 Employee Training Grant! Their investment in people and continuous improvement makes them stand out, and we’re honored to nominate them for the Business Leadership Award. Congratulations, DAF! 👨🏫 In addition, we are thrilled to recognize Robert Herling, Manager of Donor Relations at Cornerstone Services, Inc., for his incredible journey and outstanding contributions. After seeking assistance from our career planner, Andrew Pajak, Robert enrolled in a WIOA scholarship program and completed his training at MicroTrain. With the support of Andrew and the resources at the Workforce Center, Robert transformed his career path, now thriving in a role where he makes a positive impact on the lives of others. During an employee meeting at Cornerstone Services, we had the pleasure of surprising Robert with an award for his dedication and success! Congratulations to both Dutch American Foods and Robert Herling! We are honored to partner with such outstanding contributors to the workforce and community in Will County. 👏 #WorkforceDevelopment #BusinessLeadership #CommunityImpact #WillCountyPride #EmployeeTraining #MakingADifference
