It's a symbol that says, "We're part of something special — a network of innovators who push boundaries and achieve extraordinary results." The Frisco City Council approved a $113.4M Master Development Agreement for The Mix—a transformative 112-acre mixed-use development at the corner of Lebanon Rd. and Dallas Pkwy. This approval marks an important milestone for the development, paving the way for construction to move forward. The Mix will bring numerous benefits to Frisco, including a new vibrant, walkable neighborhood, as well as significant job creation and economic growth. Celebrating 3 incredible years with our Vice President, Gloria! Leading the charge on our strategic plan, Gloria has been instrumental in driving success at the Frisco EDC. Gloria has been integral in developing our proactive business attraction strategy. Since Gloria has been at the Frisco EDC, we have generated 68 new projects, 10,429 Frisco-based jobs, $1B in CapEx, 24% decrease in labor shed.
