Today, we had the privilege of hearing from Captain Gerry Izzo, a decorated veteran and accomplished pilot. Captain Izzo flew critical missions for the U.S. Army before transitioning to a commercial career with JetBlue. During his talk, he shared valuable insights on dedication, resilience, and determination and spoke to the three key principles that drove his success: 1. Don’t underestimate yourself. 2. Don’t let others define you. 3. Always try—you won’t know what you’re capable of unless you take action. Today our spotlight is on Pam Barnett, Vice President of Risk Management, and her 20-year anniversary with Frontline. Throughout her career, Pam steadily advanced through the organization, earning professional designations ranging from Accredited Claims Adjuster to Associate in Reinsurance. Her journey was inspired by a memorable moment early in her career when our company's President personally covered her position while she stepped out—a gesture that solidified her dedication to the company.
