Hamoon Ekhtiari is the CEO of FutureFit AI, where he leverages AI and data to enhance pathways between talent, skills, and opportunities. FutureFit AI's AI-driven solutions assist governments, labour agencies, and enterprises in supporting diverse workers through career planning, reskilling, and job placement. Hamoon's work has been recognised by the The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Review, and various governments. Previously, he served as Director of Strategy and Innovation for a $30B telecom company and founded a leadership academy at a major urban innovation hub. It’s no ordinary Thursday for our Reskilling initiative Reskilling for Employment. Because today is the day we launch a whole new AI-enriched pillar of R4E called the New Career Network (NCN), in collaboration with FutureFit AI. The NCN is a groundbreaking new digital platform specifically designed to empower the reskilling process for jobseekers and companies. The platform allows the user to forge a more strategic and direct training route to employment, supported by tailored analysis from artificial intelligence tools. It then directly connects the candidate with comprehensive training and requalification programs from verified providers. SONAE has taken the lead in piloting NCN in Portugal, while Foundation Telefonica, Iberdrola, SAP and the CEOE are working together to lead the rollout in Spain.
