"Hell hath no fury like an investor" ...except maybe after a really brutal board meeting. 😅 It’s spooky season 🎃 so naturally, Chuck Ganapathi, Ori Entis and I suited up to send manual health scores to their final resting place. 💀 RIP to guesswork, human error, and those delightful Excel spreadsheets that give me nightmares. We've been using Staircase AI at Gainsight for a few months now to predict customer health (it analyzes customer interactions and behavior patterns using AI), so at least I have one less thing to mess up. Though I might be out of a job soon... Full disclosure: Acting is NOT in my future. 🤦🏽♂️
