Congratulations to Garnet Health Doctors' July Employee of the Month Jessi Guardino, Patient Access Liaison! 👐👏 Recently, Jessi was asked by her supervisor to look after a patient once they completed their appointment. Jessie agreed, however, after a conversation with the patient it became clear that they were disoriented. After escorting them to the coffee shop per their request, Jessi proceeded to contact the patient's family and explain the situation. She sat with the patient during her lunch break and waited for their families arrival. Thank you, Jessi, for being such a kind, compassionate and caring person. Your empathy for others helps provide a great patient experience.

This team played a huge role in assisting with the preparation of the 2024 Service Awards by preparing props for the Wizard of OZ themed awards. From the hand-painted yellow brick road to lighting and displays, all hands were on deck for a successful outcome. Kevin and his team are most deserving of this award!
