GarverGives
Garver employees have always had a passion for bettering their communities through philanthropic activities that vary greatly in mission and reach. That’s why we unified our employees’ achievements by designing a program that focuses on uplifting our three constituents – our communities, our clients, and our employees. GarverGives matches employee donations or volunteer time, with a boost for contributions to STEM-related organizations to promote the learning environments of future engineers.
GarverGivesGarver Wellness
Garver’s comprehensive Wellness Program is led by a registered dietitian and wellness coordinator who lead wellness consultations, personal training and nutrition assessments, and on-site biometric screenings. On-site exercise facilities or gym-fee reimbursements are available to all employees, while an internal wellness portal for each employee containing data and educational materials help keep employees on track and promote a culture of well-being.
