Garver’s comprehensive Wellness Program is led by a registered dietitian and wellness coordinator who lead wellness consultations, personal training and nutrition assessments, and on-site biometric screenings. On-site exercise facilities or gym-fee reimbursements are available to all employees, while an internal wellness portal for each employee containing data and educational materials help keep employees on track and promote a culture of well-being.

Garver’s comprehensive internship program focuses on on-the-job training to supplement college course work and sets students up to be instant contributors to the industry. Matched with mentors working throughout Garver’s service lines, interns assist with ongoing projects, while networking, professional development, and technical training provides further education on the profession.
