General Motors EV drivers across the U.S. now have even more options when it comes to managing their home energy. Following the successful launch of its vehicle-to-home products earlier this year, GM Energy has rolled out the GM Energy PowerBank, a stationary storage product that gives customers the power to store and transfer energy from the grid and integrate with solar power equipment.    The GM Energy PowerBank is available for purchase as part of the GM Energy Home System bundle, which also includes a GM Energy PowerShift charger and GM Energy Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) Enablement kit. Customers who previously purchased the GM Energy V2H Bundle can simply add on a GM Energy PowerBank. Today we announced an expansion of our collaboration with EVgo to deploy 400 fast charging stalls at flagship charging destinations around the country.     With features such as 350kW fast chargers, ample lighting, canopies, pull-through stations and security cameras, the flagship stations are poised to set a new benchmark in the EV charging landscape, by addressing the growing demand for convenient, reliable and customer-centric charging solutions in the markets that need them most.       The first flagship is slated to open in 2025, with more planned in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, New York, Michigan and Texas.      Read more: https://lnkd.in/gmbu9hwn   #gmenergy #electricvehicles #charging

Today, GM Energy announced that its first energy management solutions for residential customers are officially available as part of its expanding product ecosystem. The initial GM Energy offerings will enable customers to use vehicle-to-home (V2H) bidirectional charging technology to provide power from a compatible GM EV to a properly equipped home, helping to mitigate the negative impacts of weather-related outages, and integrate with future clean energy products for even greater personal grid resiliency.
