Another fantastic visit with Rochelle Oslick, AE 1983! After a remarkable career at Boeing, Rochelle now participates in outreach to empower female students to pursue STEM. Her outreach efforts are truly inspiring, as is her passion for aviation—especially as a proud pilot of a Christen Eagle biplane! 🛩️ We are grateful for Yellow Jackets like Rochelle who lead by example and are thrilled to continue connecting within our GTAE alumni! ✨: https://lnkd.in/eUy2deVn #GTaerospace #georgiatech #aerospace #engineering #pilot

Just had an incredible visit with Alan Adams, AE 1971! Alan graciously welcomed us and shared insights from his stellar career in space technology at The Aerospace Corporation. His perspectives on space exploration and the role of technology in solving complex challenges were inspiring to hear. As a proud Yellow Jacket, Alan shared how his time at Georgia Tech played a crucial role in fueling his drive for innovation and excellence, shaping his journey through aerospace. Grateful for the opportunity to connect with one of our brilliant alumni! ✨ : https://lnkd.in/eUy2deVn #GTaerospace #georgiatech #GTalumni #aerospace #engineering

We recently had the pleasure of visiting one of our amazing alumni, Jack Rowan AE 1962, out in California! After leaving Georgia Tech to launch an impressive career at Douglas Aircraft, he’s become an accomplished pilot and instructor, sharing his wealth of knowledge on engineering design and decision-making. He encourages students to think "logically outside the box" taking their foundational knowledge to the next level of innovation! Plus, he’s a diehard GT football fan, always cheering the Yellow Jackets on! 📸 : on the left = planes he’s flown | on the right = planes he’s worked on. https://lnkd.in/eUy2deVn #GTaerospace #georgiatech #alumni #aerospace #engineering #douglasaircraft #aircraft #aviation #give

In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, Georgia Tech alumnus Gary Weissel (BSAE 1993) took to the skies to deliver crucial supplies to North Carolina. Using his passion for flying, Gary joined AERObridge’s disaster relief missions, flying his Cessna 172 from Georgia to North Carolina to help those in need. ✈️: https://lnkd.in/eUb9zPgB #hurricanehelene #disasterrelief #GeorgiaTech #GTaerospace #hurricanerelief #aerospace #aerobridge #engineering #aviation Georgia Institute of Technology
