Our biggest news ever! 🎉🎊 The highlights are: 1. We have a new name. 2. We launched AI-Generated Performance Reviews. 3. We closed $3.8M in funding. It's been a really busy few months and our team absolutely knocked it out of the park! Please take a moment to congratulation them when you have a moment.

"50% of employees were surprised with their Performance Review rating, and out of those 87% were negatively surprised." That means an absolute 44% of your employees are negatively surprised by their performance reviews. 🫠 Until now, performance reviews were simply 1 human's opinion about our work. Now, you can invite an objective-observer to rate and review us based on the relative value of our performance, the environment that impacts our performance, and so many other factors the human brain simply can't compute. Who's ready for an objective performance review? #performancereview #performancereviews #performancemanagement #performancemanagementsystem

    • Old way of doing performance reviews generate bias opinions.
    • New way of doing performance reviews invites an AI coach to guide you through them, eliminating bias and personalizing to each employee to give them the most opportunity for success.

Dear Managers, You know that feeling you get when your team is gelling? Like, everyone knows why they're there, what they need to do, and the kind of impact they can have? Here's the impact of that: ⬆ 14% more productivity ⬆️ 18% more sales ⬆️ 10% more customer loyalty ⬆️ 23% more profitable ⬇️ 51% less employee turnover Managers also (statistically) feel more stress, anger, sadness, loneliness, and worry than non-managers. Being an excellent manager is an incredibly difficult job. I hope you all find time for fun this weekend. Xo, Kate #leadership #management

How AI will impact labor demand: Most companies have spent the last 40 years starving (or competing) for technical, hard-skilled workers. That's all about to change. With AI: - Low-tech workers can produce high-tech work. - Fewer low-tech workers can produce a high-volume of high-tech work. - Low-collaborative workers can produce high-tech work that's also high-impact but doesn't align with work coming from other workers. So, what's the impact to labor demand? Hiring employees (or not training them) to have exceptional soft skills will result in an employee base working in as many directions as their are employees. That's likely an incredibly expensive time, money, and missed opportunity mistake. Companies will need to hire people who can *work together* to harness the power of AI to further the mission, capitalize quickly on opportunity, and serve customers in unique and delightful ways. P.S. This all applies to contractors / 1099s too. #HR #humanresources #labor #skills #hardskills #softskills
