Meet the New Executive Director: Gonegamown Carlson! 🌟👤 We are so excited to welcome Gon to the GGFYP team! When reflecting on the impact GGFYP has had on her experience in Grand Forks, Gon said: "Young Professionals is a very important part of the Greater Grand Forks community. I love this organization because of the community and the opportunity to get connected with the various people of Greater Grand Forks. Being active in GGFYP is how I’ve met people from different backgrounds and learned about the intricacies of careers that I would have never considered. It is because of GGFYP that I see familiar faces at the grocery store or can say, “I know somebody who works here!” I think this simple detail is important when trying to make a new place a home, and I am very excited to be a part of this organization." Join GGFYP for the October Social Event: Fall Flannel Social at Nelson’s Pumpkin Patch! 🎃 📆 Saturday, October 12th 📍 Nelson’s Pumpkin Patch, 2448 20th Ave NE, Emerado, ND 58228 ⏰ 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM 💰 $15 gate fee, drink ticket & pizza provided GGFYP will have access to a private room to socialize and connect with other members, and the rest of the attractions including: - giant slide - corn and pumpkin cannon - haunted house - trail - corn maze - hay rides - and more! Wear flannel to participate in the ‘best flannel’ contest. Selected judges will pick the person with the best flannel outfit, and the winner will receive a gift card!
