Meet Shweta Das, YLP 2024 Currently employed with TCS, she serves as a System Engineer for a US-based multinational consumer credit reporting agency. Her role primarily involves working with data and developing data-driven reports. Hailing from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, she pursued Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering at a Dayananda Sagar college in Bangalore, India Her objective in joining YLP is to acquire innovative approaches to solving real-time business challenges and to facilitate self-growth. Meet @Shweta Pravin Salve, YLP 2024 Shweta Pravin Salve is a 31-year-old PhD scholar currently pursuing doctorate in the Department of Civics and Politics at the University of Mumbai. As a JRF awardee, her research focuses on the advocacy of socio-political and cultural rights for marginalized communities in India. She completed schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Ramnarain Ruia College, and obtained an MA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Mumbai. Meet Shashi Shekhar Kaul, YLP 2024 Shashi Shekhar Kaul works with Johnsons and Johnson and handles their entire pharmaceutical portfolio for Government business in Delhi. Additionally he has pursued MBA from NMIMS Mumbai. He is also certified by MarksMan Academy for Health Economics and Outcomes Research. Meet Ekta Anand, YLP 2024 Ekta is a Senior Software Engineer at the London Stock Exchange Group, specializing in data engineering. Her professional journey is driven by a passion for technology and data, which allows her to contribute to critical financial systems. Beyond her professional role, she is dedicated to personal growth and community service. She is an active volunteer with the Art of Living foundation, where she practices and teaches yoga and meditation. Meet Hardik Shah, YLP 2024 Hardik Shah is a 2023 graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and currently an Embedded Software Engineer at a Bengaluru-based startup. He is eager to further develop his skills and knowledge in business management. Throughout his academic and professional journey, he has actively engaged with startups across diverse sectors, including product design, content creation, event organising, and sales. These experiences have not only honed his technical skills, but also ignited his passion for entrepreneurship and product development. Additionally, he has embarked on an entrepreneurial endeavour by establishing a software solutions agency aimed at assisting local businesses in establishing an online presence. Meet Mabel Aind, YLP 2024 Mabel Aind hails from Guwahati, Assam, spent her formative years in boarding schools in Kurseong, West Bengal and Barapani, Meghalaya. She pursued a BA in Political Science from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, followed by two gap years for Civil Service preparation. After which, she completed her post-graduation in MA Political Science from the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor in Guwahati. Despite initially aiming for a career in Civil Service, setbacks led her to academia, where she found a passion in teaching and mentoring students. Inspired by her mentors, she aims to instil confidence in her students. Besides academia, Mabel enjoys photography, travel, trying new restaurants and beginner-level yoga. Looking ahead, she is eager to delve deeper into research, particularly in the realm of Public Policy, with an aim of making meaningful contributions to both academia and practical policymaking. Meet Rohit Kale, YLP 2024 Rohit is an experienced project and program management professional. He completed his engineering degree in 2014 from Mumbai University and is currently working with Adobe as a program manager. Where he helps various clients enable their digital transformation journey, which drives experience-led growth through “Adobe Experience cloud services,” which provide a comprehensive set of applications, capabilities, and services specifically designed to address today’s need for personalized customer experiences at scale. Having worked in a variety of industries, such as IT, BFSI, oil & gas, aerospace, and chemicals, he has expertise leading cross-functional teams and technologically complex projects. He joined this program because he is passionate about management and policy consulting and wants to acquire the necessary knowledge and abilities to fulfil his ambition. He prefers challenging projects and assignments where his work will make some difference and have a positive impact on society. Meet Karishma Shah, YLP 2024 Karishma started her career in market research with IMRB, she enjoyed sitting with a group of people and finding out more about them. She also enjoyed understanding the psychology that went behind this along with statistics, sampling and reporting side of the job. Her first digital marketing job was with DeltaX, a startup that is a pioneering cross-channel digital advertising platform. Within this industry, changing two jobs post, gave her an opportunity to relocate to Singapore , where she lived for 3 years.
