We are proud to announce the successful close of 2 additional YD Chillers. These dual compressor Centrifugal chillers are considered the 3rd phase of expansion at the plant, with these efforts led by Senior Seller David Morse. Our partnership with the Flow Environmental Systems team and their innovative ANSWR™ heat pump has been recognized for its potential to revolutionize heating solutions in NYC high-rise multifamily and commercial buildings. The ANSWR™ heat pump delivers high-temperature hot water up to 180°F using eco-friendly R-744 (CO2) refrigerant, offering heating, cooling, domestic hot water, and simultaneous capabilities with efficiency and reliability. This week, we’re proud to spotlight an experienced engineer who has been serving Gil-Bar for more than 20 years, Nick Denson. A graduate of John Hopkins University School of Engineering, Nick started at Gil-Bar after a short stint as an engineer. He has grown to become one of the firm’s most senior and successful sellers. Nick works with our whole spectrum of customers, from assisting in design with consultants to working in the field with contractors, and recently taking on high-level owner relationships. An extremely knowledgeable hand in both system design and project execution, Nick has consistently aided the company in transitioning as customer needs evolve in a rapidly changing environment. Nick is considered one of our geothermal experts since the release of the Climate Reduction Act of 2022. He is always very generous with his time to educate new people on the team, and serves as a crucial member on many of our manufacturing rep councils.
