We are pleased to share that Pat Kressin has been appointed as the new President of GRAEF, marking the beginning of our fourth generation of leadership. Pat has been with the firm since 1995, contributing significantly to major projects such as BAYSHORE, Komatsu South Harbor Campus, Discovery World, and the Milwaukee Art Museum. As we look ahead to the future under Pat’s leadership, we also extend our deep appreciation to John Kissinger for his outstanding service and leadership for over a decade. John will continue as CEO until his retirement, at which point Pat will assume both roles. We look forward to continuing to serve our clients with the same dedication and excellence that has always defined GRAEF.

We’re honored to celebrate the City of West Bend for receiving the 2024 Best Practice Award from the American Planning Association - Wisconsin Chapter for the Downtown and Streetscape Master Plan! GRAEF had the privilege of collaborating with the City and private sector leaders to develop a forward-thinking plan that builds on the success of recent downtown projects like the Riverwalk and historic Main Street reconstruction. This plan will continue to guide West Bend’s growth, vibrancy, and future development.
At the 2024 APA-Wisconsin Annual Conference in Madison, the American Planning Association (Wisconsin Chapter) awarded the "Best Practice Award" to the City of West Bend and GRAEF for the Downtown and Streetscape Master Plan. In 2023-2024, a group of private sector leaders and the City of West Bend engaged with GRAEF to develop a master plan. With the recent completion of significant downtown projects, including the Downtown Riverwalk and the reconstruction of historic Main Street, the plan will guide the city as it continues to develop, grow, and flourish.
