Gobble gobble, folks! Tom the Turkey here with some running advice! Starting out can be tough, like trying to outrun a farmer. Don't push too hard or you'll end up feeling plucked! This Thursday, we'll be rolling out our Couch to 5K training plan - it's perfect for all of the birds new to running. You start slow, mixing walking and short jogs. First week, you only run for a minute at a time. Easy as pecking corn! You can finish in 8 weeks, or take it slower. Remember, even us turkeys can trot a bit when we need to.
