Who’s often behind the scenes of nonprofits making a real difference? Volunteers! A few months ago, Lens for Change had the privilege of documenting the amazing work of Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley volunteers as they renovated an apartment building, transforming it into new homes for four families. These volunteers weren’t just building apartments; they were contributing to Habitat for Humanity’s vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. How does your nonprofit showcase the impact of its volunteers? How do you attract new volunteers to support your cause? Share your stories and strategies in the comments!
