Please join us in welcoming our new Distribution Specialist, Nikolas Kuerzinger!     Nikolas started with HAIX® North America on Monday, August 5th.     Nikolas began his apprenticeship at HAIX®  Germany on September 1st, 2021, where he worked in many different departments such as sales, customer service, distribution, the laboratory and a few more. In January 2024 he joined the project management department where he learned more about the development of new boots.    Nikolas has continued his work in our distribution department. He looks forward to learning more about our incredible customers in the North American market.     Welcome, Nikolas! NASCAR + Hotsaw Competition? Pinch me. HAIX® had a great time at the Real American Hardwood Open Hotsaw United States Championship at the Watkins Glen International Speedway last weekend! The weekend included 16 of the best hotsaw competitors in the country, using saws modified with single-cylinder snowmobile and motorcycle engines that reach up to 65hp. This morning, we had the privilege of witnessing the laying of the wreath at the Lexington Police and Fire Memorial on Main Street followed by the reading of the names of the #343 at Halligans Bar. Today marks the 23rd anniversary of the events of 9/11; a day that forever changed our nation. It is a day to remember both those that lost their lives in the line of duty and the moments after, as our nation came together as one. In the words of Lexington Fire Chief Jason Wells "Never forget the courage and sacrifice on 9/11.
