Sometimes you have to get the important things done, and at one time! Our employees recently took part in a one-stop shop rodeo to take care of competencies, learning modules, vaccines, paperwork, and more! A hospital setting has a lot of challenges in scheduling so all of our staff enjoyed the fun and efficient setting. October has been an amazing month for our trainings! We were honored to have jemma lambert, MPA come by our facility and run two sessions for our employees on De-Escalation and understanding the "upset brain". Our employees loved learning new tactics for approaching difficult situations and some of the science behind what is happening. Congrats to our two employees who also won the PTO raffle!
