I am excited to announce I will be joining Heading Home at the Falmouth Road Race this year in support to help end homelessness in the greater Boston area! As the name reflects, we believe that a stable home provides the optimal foundation to get back on track; their programs focus heavily on assessment, engagement, individual goal-setting, and securing permanent housing for clients as quickly as possible. Last week, I had the privilege of attending Heading Home's Annual Summer Social! It was a great night of networking and fundraising to benefit our mission of ending homelessness in Massachusetts. As a junior board member, I’m proud to be part of an organization that is a leading provider of emergency shelter, transitional, and permanent housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Massachusetts. Heading Home's housing-plus-services approach helps clients achieve self-sufficiency and build better futures. Shine Associates proudly supports Heading Home and its mission. Last week, the Heading Home Junior Board went above and beyond, raising over $35,000 for their annual Summer Social event! Over 200 young professionals braved the heat to enjoy a panel conversation with local philanthropic leaders, lawn games, a 360 photobooth, a putting green, live music, a raffle and silent auction, cold beverages, and delicious food from Fresh Food Generation. Last week, our Junior Board at Heading Home started the summer on a high note with our Summer Social event! This week, several Erland team members beat the heat with some cold cocktails and networking at Heading Home’s Junior Board Summer Social on the 9OFS rooftop in Boston. An annual event, the Summer Social benefits Heading Home’s mission to end homelessness in the local community. We look forward to staying engaged with this outstanding organization as they continue to provide emergency, transitional and permanent housing, and support services to those in need in the greater Boston area.

Last week, our #OWMA team had the honor of participating in Heading Home’s Up & Out program! 🏡 Heading Home is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness in the Greater Boston area by providing supported pathways to self-sufficiency. As part of their Up & Out program, our team assisted a deserving family in moving out of a shelter and into their new home. They spent the day moving in household supplies, decorating rooms, and preparing the home for the family’s arrival.
