Congratulations to Rose Black for being selected as the #HSM Employee of the Month for July. Rose works as an Administrative Assistant at our Northside Dialysis Center in North Carolina and she has been with us for over 24 years. Rose's hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. She always delivers outstanding work and strives to put her best foot forward. Rose is a great communicator and facilitator at Northside Dialysis. The team can't imagine working at the clinic without her. She is considered the "Mama" of the clinic. They admire her work ethic! When Rose is not busy at work, you might find her venturing out to the lake to enjoy a day on the water and riding in their boat. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her family as well as her precious granddaughter. Rose will be busy for the next few months planning some weddings. Maybe she will find some time to binge-watch some Netflix or crack open a book. Rose started working in dialysis years ago after finishing school. She believes that you either love dialysis or you don't. Rose empathizes with the patients and tries to put herself in their shoes. She also enjoys mentoring new staff and teaching them to be good team players. Teammates like Rose are what makes HSM a great place to work. We appreciate all that she does and what she stands for.
