On September 13, Hiland Dairy Dallas proudly sponsored and participated in The Nodding Donkey Annual Golf Tournament, benefiting the Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital in Dallas. 🎗️ Our amazing team—Matt Cornelius, Daniel Phillips, Julian Hernandez, and Mike Leibacher—teed off for a great cause, supporting an organization that makes a meaningful impact in the community. Last week, Hiland Dairy Dallas had the incredible opportunity to participate in Chef Tim Love’s 2024 Rattle Battle at the iconic Fort Worth Stockyards! In this unique competition, 16 of the region’s top chefs faced off, creating innovative and delicious rattlesnake dishes, all vying for the title of the best dish—decided by both attendees and an expert panel. Representing Hiland Dallas were Ray Gibson, Eugene Ybarra, Mike Leibacher, and Julian Hernandez. We are proud of our team and excited to have been part of this fun event!
