Last month, we held a data center QA/QC and commissioning training course in our Madrid offices. The course was attended by more than 30 project managers from Hill's European offices as well as guests from some of our key data center sector clients. Senior staff from Structure Tone (STO) Mission Critical, a division of Structure Tone Building Group and one of Hill's sister companies under the Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI) group umbrella, designed and delivered the course. “Looking for synergies through discussions with the STO Mission Critical management team, we recognized that developing and retaining qualified staff is more important than ever in the rapidly expanding data center sector. Leveraging our companies' connections, we organized this course to share expertise and lessons learned. We were very fortunate to be able to rely on some very experienced trainers for this two-day course and the feedback from the attendees has been excellent,” said Alex Ramos, Hill Vice President and Managing Director Western Europe. “This session focused on the commissioning phase, but the ethos of the course was to approach the project with the end in mind, plan for success, and work our way back from close-out to the present.” #STO #MissionCritical #DataCenters #HillInternational
