🚧 Hampden House Update! 🚧 We're excited to share the latest on Hampden House, a new transit-oriented, mixed-use development in downtown Bethesda, Maryland! 🏢 Construction is in full swing and on track to deliver in late 2025. The structure is rising steadily, laying the foundation for this impressive 25-story, 517,000-square-foot tower. The facade is coming together beautifully! Hampden House will feature 366 apartments and 10,100 sq. ft. of retail space, just steps from downtown shopping, dining, and the Metrorail Red Line. Stay tuned for more updates!
