Investing in the future, one student at a time. ✨ HITT externs jumped right into the exciting world of construction management. 🏗️ This week, we hosted our annual summer externship for high school students eager to explore the business and construction worlds. Rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors had the opportunity to work hands-on in a business setting. They started building their professional networks, met with leadership from various departments to learn more about their roles, and attended professional development classes and training sessions at our headquarters in Washington, DC. Reflecting on this Pride Month fills us with joy! 🌈 From coast to coast, our team members celebrated by attending pride festivities in their communities, including the WeHo (West Hollywood) Pride Parade where this year our Superintendent Katrina Vinson led the way, held pride-themed happy hours for team members, and got our Pride Alliance employee resource group together with Inova Health's Pride team member group for a mixer in the DC area.
