    The transformation of Germany requires continuous mindset change and new ways of workforce management. Great event in Berlin yesterday evening, hosted by Malt. Thank you Malt Strategy for inviting me to contribute as a panelist amongst Matthew Mottola, Belén Alomar Brutau and Andreas Dölecke. My perspective was the one of a freelance strategy consultant, as I was able to consult 5 corporate clients on #globalmobility, #communication and global #payroll management.     It was great to represent GigEagle along side my Air National Guard teammate Davis Winkie at the annual Association of the United States Army - AUSA conference over the last few days and speak with soldiers about how they can tap into agile talent across the joint force. Huge, huge thanks to COL Kris Saling for offering some booth space with U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) which has been a great collaborator over the last few months! Missed us at AUSA? Catch-up below 👇🏼 Before GigEagle, DoD talent utilization was 1️⃣ Siloed: The Navy didn’t know I existed, 2️⃣ No Civilian skills: The Army didn’t know that I can do cloud architecture and software product management, 3️⃣ Not Agile: The DoD focused on assignments or long-term mobilizations GigEagle is the platform to find critical talent (tech, medicine, law, etc) across all services. New tech projects, disaster response, backfilling key staff during gaps, GigEagle can help. What do units need to do? 1. Connect with higher HQ to figure out how to request ADOS funds. You already know how to submit a UFR or ONS, so this is just requesting money for Compo 2/3 support. 2. Describe the work. What do you want accomplished? What skills do you need? If you’re used to thinking about “butts in seats”, this simple exercise may stretch your mind. 3. Post the gig and explore the talent on GigEagle.
