Do this before scaling your cold outreach. Email warmup. Why? Email warmup helps you build a positive sender reputation, making reaching your recipients' inboxes easier. It starts with sending just a few emails each day. Gradually increase your daily sending volume to match what you will use in your cold email campaigns later. Here's a warmup schedule example you can follow:  → Week 1: 10 warmup emails/day  → Week 2: 15 warmup emails/day + 5 cold emails/day  → Week 3: 15 warmup emails/day + 10 cold emails/day  → Week 4: 20 warmup emails/day + 10 cold emails/day Do you warm up your email accounts? 🧐 P.S. Ziemek Bućko wrote a great warm-up guide (read below). 👇  #coldemail #coldbutpersonal

✨🕹️ Customer Spotlight: Hunter.io | Use case: Onboarding Hunter.io is an all-in-one email outreach platform that helps marketers, salespeople, recruiters, and anyone else who wants to connect with more people using emails. They incorporated a demo about their 'Discovery' product into their onboarding flow and saw 3.9x higher completion rates than their previous demo tool (from 19% to 74%!). The demo is also accessible in the product in the navigation bar. ----- 🦊 How Hunter uses Arcade: • Showcase features users want to use • Announce new products • Support our internal customer support knowledge base 🤝 Arcade has helped to: • Increase engagement: The onboarding completion rate increased from 19% (previous tool) to 74% • Boost CTA clicks: We achieved a 36% click rate on CTAs included in Arcades • Enhance feature adoption: Users became more familiar with functionalities, reducing product-related questions ——- Why we love 💙 this Arcade: 🪜 Length: 11 steps! It's concise and to the point. In our 2024 benchmark research report, we found that the ideal number of steps is less than 12. 🟠 Custom branding: The demo includes custom CTAs to drive behavior. The chapter CTA 'Get Started' redirects the user to a specific part of the product. It's also all in orange (their colors!) 🎥 Video: Adding video steps gives the demo more variance and allows the viewer to 'see' the step in action. ——- Shoutout to Giovanni Lepori and the team at Hunter! Does the length of cold emails affect reply rates? 🤔 Ziemek Bućko analyzed 34 million cold emails sent by Hunter users, and the short answer is: 20 - 39 words tend to receive the highest reply rate. However, there's a caveat: This doesn’t mean that simply adjusting your current email copy to fit within this word count range will necessarily improve your reply rate. In fact, the research shows that cold emails of different lengths can work well depending on the context. Read the full analysis below 👇

Email bounces can jeopardize the success of your cold email campaigns. Here is why you should track them: 👇 → High bounce rates harm your email sender reputation (so bounces harm your deliverability). → It helps diagnose issues with your campaigns. Here is how to keep your bounces under control (we recommend a maximum bounce rate of 2%): → Verify email addresses and don’t send emails to invalid recipients. → Ensure proper setup of DMARC, DKIM, and SPF records. → Check if your domain or IP is blocklisted using MXtoolbox, and follow the steps for delisting. → Reduce sending volume. → Send personalized and relevant emails (to boost positive engagement.) Do you track your email bounce rate? 🤔 P.S. Ziemek Bućko wrote a detailed guide on email bounces. Read it below. 👇 #coldemail #coldbutpersonal #deliverability
