What a busy couple weeks on the road
Week 1
Cloud-Based Command and Control (CBC2) Roadmap Workshop
We brought a team of the best Design SMEs in James Rountree Gino Morrow Robert Comradd Jr, MBA to capture the top level view of what and why we are planning in the next few months, capture net new user workflows, and be able to speak to our design history, current work, and work on the horizon.
We brought a large portion of our Product team and warfighter SMEs in Holen Holmquist, PSPO, PMP, David Pettersen Jess Shipley Jake "BACN" Allenton and myself to lead and develop our backlogs and prioritization of the next quarters work. Having the ability to unblock some key work across other capability providers and growing strong connections with our partners as we change the way Command and Control is accomplished worldwide.
Bringing one of our very top Lead Developers in @Adam Scholz to lead the way we integrate data with our partners and make it make sense is one of the most critical pieces as we start adding new roles and capabilities into our world with the additions of AOCs and CRCs.
Last but not least a shoutout to our fearless leader Shane Quinlan who never fails to be the best in the business. His attention to detail, capability to know all things in seconds, meme extraordinaire, and people connoisseur never fails to lead this team in the right direction with the right velocity and the right timing. The caring of people to the core is one of the pieces that makes this team the best in the business.
Week 2
AFA Air, Space, and Cyberspace Conference and Expo
"Hypergiant, An Accelint Company" put together quite the leading squad to represent the very best in leading the tech industry. We met with hundreds of vendors and 15,000+ of our warfighting friends looking to next best thing to help them achieve Air and Space Superiority and dominate the competition. Sharing this experience with them was nothing short of compelling that this is home and we have an impact.
Lauren Coffman was an absolute rockstar in representing us. With her co-host marketing of an amazing taco party for ~150, we were able to bring in some big-wigs needing Federal Agent security, Defense News, and several high ranking USAF members. What she was able to accomplish was no small feat. Adding to this, her marketing to the other vendors was extraordinary in asking all the right questions diving deeper into what and why the warfighter needs us, enabling longer and stronger connections down the road.
Marivic Lesho wow'd multiple vendors with her super-smart powers and inquiries makes other vendors want to partner with us at HG.
Enrique Sotomayor proved he is one of the best developers in the industry with his inquisitions in multiple vendors - stumping even them.
Ernest R. Nisperos continues to mentor and foster growth throughout HG at every level, regardless of position. His connections and wide knowledge were pivotal as we continue to move out and expand.
