Workplace Resource chose Continuum's Basecamp on 16th Street for their showroom, offices, and retail space, drawn to its modern architectural design and high-end finishes. The building's sleek lines, expansive windows, and open layouts create a dynamic, inviting space that showcases their brand while fostering community engagement. The project also features Workhaus, a flexible workspace with unique, high-end finishes, combining industrial elements with modern elegance. Tailored mechanical and electrical systems support both daily operations and event hosting. Collaboration with Gensler and Cushman & Wakefield ensured the vision was executed flawlessly. i2 Construction worked closely with both teams to streamline the build process, delivering the project on time and within budget.
