THE YEAR OF FUND TRANSPARENCY 2024 - The year of transparency for funds, investors and their trustees. Easy access to proxy votes is destined to open new conversations and requests for the #15C reviews as mutual fund & ETF boards steward funds' proxy votes. (The period started July 1st of 2023, ending June 30th 2024, with filings due August 31st, just in time for the presidential election.)
