From beverage solutions and sauces to marinades and seasonings, ILLES Foods has provided custom-crafted culinary creations and R&D expertise to food service chains chains, food manufacturers, and grocery retailers across the US for almost 100 years. The family-owned and woman-run company is a key partner to companies looking for product development excellence, creativity, and speed to market paired with a laser focus on a better customer experience. ILLES Foods was started by Austrian-Hungarian Olympian-turned-chemist Arpad Enoch (A.E.) in his home’s extra bedroom. Today the company operates two different manufacturing plants – a total of about 300,000 square feet between dry and liquid production. 2020 marked a new era at ILLES Foods, with Cristin Illes Kahale, the founder’s great-granddaughter and the fourth generation of the family, taking helm of the business. #experienceilles
