As we kick off our thirteenth cohort of the DiverseForce on Boards program, we wanted to share this Nonprofit Quarterly article about the lack of diversity on nonprofit boards. This piece highlights that nonprofit boards are still overwhelmingly white and underrepresent the communities they serve. It also underscores the need for intentional board recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning — which are topics woven into many of our DiverseForce on Boards program sessions! 🌍 🤝 #DiverseForceonBoards #DiversityMatters #NonprofitLeadership #Inclusion
