  • Media inclusivity drives cultural progress, with immigrant innovators leading 25% of award-winning documentaries. With expertise in cross-cultural collaboration, I propose workshops on inclusive storytelling. How can your city bridge gaps between immigrant creators and mainstream platforms?

    • Join the movement and take action today!
  • Diverse media ecosystems thrive when immigrant innovators challenge stereotypes. Having collaborated with multicultural production teams, I recommend tax incentives for bilingual content creators. How can your city attract immigrant media talent?

  • See a monstrous storm from space! ? Did you know NASA satellites can track powerful typhoons from orbit? Check out this incredible view of Super Typhoon Yutu hitting the Northern Mariana Islands in 2018. The image data comes from the GPM (Global Precipitation Measurement) mission, a joint effort by NASA and JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency). GPM helps scientists understand how much rain and snow falls around the world, which is crucial for weather forecasting and climate research. #NASA #EarthScience #Typhoon #GPM #Weather #SuperpowerFromSpace #ScienceIsCool

  • Kilauea Volcano Keeps Flowing! Check out this cool video from the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) showing low-level lava fountaining at the Halema'uma'u crater on Kilauea volcano! • Ring of Fire! What is an Annular Eclipse? Ever heard of an annular eclipse but not sure what it is? This amazing image from NASA captures the beauty of this phenomenon! An annular eclipse happens when the Moon passes directly in front of the Sun, but because the Moon is slightly farther away in its orbit, it doesn't completely block the Sun. This leaves a ring of sunlight visible around the Moon, creating a "ring of fire" effect. Learn more about annular eclipses and how they differ from total eclipses at https://lnkd.in/e_W4CVpC. #AnnularEclipse #SolarEclipse #SpaceScience #NASA #Astronomy #RingofFire

  • Be a Citizen Scientist! Help NASA Study the Total Solar Eclipse ? The recent total solar eclipse on April 8th, 2024 was a once-in-a-lifetime event! But did you know you can still contribute to science? NASA is looking for citizen scientists to help them analyze data from the eclipse. Through projects like "Eclipse Megamovie," you can contribute your observations and images to help scientists understand the Sun's corona, the outermost layer of our star. Head over to https://lnkd.in/eXk__YYW to learn more and see if you can be a part of this exciting research! #CitizenScience #SolarEclipse #NASA #EclipseMegamovie #ScienceForAll #SpaceExploration
