Today we are celebrating our incredible admissions team: Director of Admissions Debby MacNeil, CADC, and Admissions Specialists Kristi Golden, Olivia Hanlon, and Breanna Ball! The friendly and helpful voice you hear when calling our facility? That’s our admissions team! The individuals that are helpful in making sure someone in need either admits to Innovo Detox or can find a detox and treatment facility that will meet their needs? That’s our admissions team! Debby, Kristi, Liv, and Bre work tirelessly to ensure that the admissions process is seamless and supportive, that patients, their loved ones, and any professional referents are appropriately informed and communicated with, and that the intake process is always clinically appropriate, safe, and efficient. Today, we want to recognize and celebrate the 3 year Innovo Detox anniversary of Bradley Kopp. Brad is the Administrative Support Specialist at Innovo, working directly with our Office Manager to answer calls, greet visitors, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective communication and continuity of patient care. With a culinary background, Brad started at Innovo in the kitchen as a cook, and continues to help out in that area while also facilitating a weekend group that patients love, which regularly includes some cooking classes, nutritional education, and the importance of a balanced diet in early recovery. He is able to offer patients easy-to-understand recipes that they take with them once they leave Innovo. Above all else, Brad may be best known at Innovo (and is shouted out by patients regularly in reviews) for his famous French Toast. We are grateful for his dedication to our organization and the passion he brings to support patients while they are in our care. Congratulations, Brad!
