Jake comes to us with a remarkable scientific background, holding a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and both a Master's of Science in Optics and a Bachelor's of Science in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester's Institute of Optics. He specializes in researching and analyzing complex technologies, particularly optics, photonics, and biotechnology.
