Today is PSTD Screening Day. Anyone who has experienced a trauma can develop PTSD. If you’ve been through a trauma that's affecting your daily life, take this screening questionnaire, offered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, to see if you might have PTSD. It’s five questions. If you answer yes to three or more, reach out to a mental health care provider. #PTSD #mentalhealth

This is an interesting discussion about treating major depressive disorder, and the challenges many providers face. "One of the best things that we can do as clinicians is work with patients and use shared decision making to determine what is best for them individually, since every person is different," Michael Asbach, DMSc, PA-C, told the Psychiatric Times.
