We are excited to announce that Ed Finley has joined the ICA team as a Principal Consulting Analyst. Ed has a degree in Information Systems from Drexel University. He has extensive experience with patient safety programs and clinical risk management software. Prior to joining ICA, he spent almost 20 years at ECRI as a programmer, analyst and researcher. He has contributed to over 100 peer-reviewed articles in such publications as the Journal of Patient Safety, the Annals of Surgery, American Journal of Infection Control, and the Pennsylvania Patient Safety Advisory. We are thrilled to have Ed supporting the work of our data science team and for the many contributions he will bring. #Welcome

We are excited to welcome Wei "Vivian" Li to the ICA Engineering team. Vivian joins ICA with over 10 years of experience working in software development. She obtained her master’s degree at University of Alabama where she studied computer science and mathematics. Vivian has worked as a full stack developer where she has built scalable applications on both front and back-end technologies, as well as extensive experience working with cloud computing like AWS. Her work with various APIs helps to integrate applications and enable seamless communication between the front end and back end. Throughout Vivian’s career, she had worked for smaller tech startups to companies developing large-scale enterprise applications. She thrives in dynamic environments where she can tackle challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet both user requirements and client/business objectives. We are thrilled to have Vivian as part of the ICA team where she can contribute her full stack development skills and help create innovative and impactful applications. Welcome, Vivian!
