The ILS was honored with an invitation to attend the Barreau du Québec’s Rentrée to celebrate 175 years since the creation of the Quebec Bar. The events included a gala ball that was held at the Château Frontenac! Pictured from left to right are Rachel Journeault (Quebec Bar), Marie-Ève Paré (Barreau du Québec), Joseph McFarland (The Florida Bar ILS), and Marie-France Sage (member of both The Florida Bar and Quebec Bar). We look forward to further cooperation between the attorneys of Florida and Quebec!

About us
The International Law Section of The Florida Bar (ILS) is a forum for the exchange of hot-button, need-to-know information and best practices that impact the practice of international law. The ILS was founded in 1981 to provide an organization for members in good standing who have an interest in the field of international law. It is also a forum for the sharing of knowledge, experience, and “best practices” that may improve the administration and application of the statutes, rules and regulations of international law and enhance the proficiency of practitioners.
