🚀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗗𝗕 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝗮! + 𝗠𝘆 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 🚀 Excited to announce that we are in closed beta stage! As we work on InternDB, our mission remains focused on demystifying the tech internship search for students by providing clear, honest insights into the process. In that spirit, I wanted to share my own Amazon interview experience for transparency, which I am super grateful for. 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱: September 19th, 2023 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗢𝗔): February 19th, 2024 - Two technical problems related to Greedy algorithms (Leetcode easy-medium). - Personality questionnaire to gauge fit with Amazon’s leadership principles. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲: February 23rd, 2024  𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: March 18th, 2024 - Started with a discussion about a technical project I’ve done, assessing alignment with Amazon principles like bias for action, learn and be curious, and deliver results. - Technical portion: Leetcode medium graph problem, followed by time and space complexity analysis and a follow-up graph question. I had the incredible opportunity to interview and intern at Cisco this summer and here’s my interview experience: - 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱: August 3rd - 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁: November 15th - 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 (𝗖𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁): Two rounds during the week of December 4th   - 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹: Focused on soft skills like problem-solving, giving feedback, and teamwork. Very conversational, and I used the STAR method to keep my answers structured.   - 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹: I chose frontend development, so my interview included a discussion of my resume projects and a live coding task using React to implement and style a component.
