Deadline: 4 November, noon 💻 Mozart ESG Academy is a series of three exciting training webinars on the topics Environment, Social, Governance, aimed primarily at startups and aspiring entrepreneurs, based in Trentino, South Tyrol, Veneto, Tyrol and Carinthia. 📌 The proposed topics will also help shed light on the European Directive 2022/2464/EU - Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), which, starting January 1, 2025, in line with the Green Deal, will significantly expand the number of companies subject to mandatory sustainability reporting. I'm beyond excited to announce that we’ve got some amazing initiatives in the works on #Female Entrepreneurship! I'm absolutely stoked to be part of this project! If you know me, you know this topic is seriously close to my heart. I wrote my thesis on it, and I hardly miss a chance to talk about it (I mean, once I get started, good luck getting me to stop!) Why am I passionate about it? Because, honestly, it’s inspiring and frustrating at the same time. Every time I dive into the latest stats or articles, that same sinking feeling hits me: There are still way too few women stepping into entrepreneurship, and if they do they don’t get the funding they deserve. Start-ups are shaping the world of tomorrow, and that shouldn't happen without half the population getting involved. But here’s the thing: as challenging as it might be, there are just as many, if not more, solutions. And I can’t wait to dive into those with the brilliant minds at NOI Techpark, the partners and associated partners of the Interreg.Mozart project and all the amazing initiatives and projects tackling the topic of female entrepreneurship in South Tyrol and beyond - and of course each and every single founder, founder-to-be and those who want support the project. Let’s make real change happen - together! 🤝

Three women, one goal: to support Female Entrepreneurs of the future!   Pia-Maria Zottl, Head of Unit Start-Up Incubator, Sonja Tetter, Start-Up Incubator and Corina Durbala, Project Manager, are the protagonists of an important mission: to support and promote #FemaleFounders, through the Interreg.Mozart Project. With their commitment and passion, they are helping to create a more inclusive ecosystem and support women who aspire to be entrepreneurs.    On Thursday, October 17, the first Female Founders Circle, an event dedicated to celebrating success stories of female entrepreneurs, will be held at the NOI Techpark. Female Founders will share their experiences, recounting their achievements but also the challenges they have overcome in their entrepreneurial journey. A unique opportunity to hear directly from the protagonists on how to face difficulties, break prejudices and make space for themselves in a world still too often dominated by men.    The event will also be featured by the #Mozart Project Partners, who together aim to create a strong network and provide resources and support to young female entrepreneurs.    The Female Founders Circle is not just an event, but a starting point to build a community of determined women ready to make a difference in the business world. It will be a time for networking, inspiration and personal growth, open to all who believe in the importance of promoting diversity and inclusion in the start-up world.   Stay tuned!
