IOIA/OMRI Partner on Fall Webinars This Fall, IOIA and OMRI are offering three valuable webinars on input materials, featuring relevant content for newly trained and experienced inspectors alike.  Many inspectors, having completed basic training, continue to identify ‘compliant organic inputs’ as an area where they lack confidence.  These courses are focused on what inspectors need to know, but are also very useful for consultants, reviewers, and other organic professionals.  While certifiers are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving input materials, inspectors should have a solid understanding of material review, to effectively support certifiers. These reasonably-priced courses are delivered by OMRI materials experts in a webinar format, making the practical information accessible and immediately useful.  The webinars are comprehensive and include preparatory assignments and post-webinar exams. Each session is packed with “Inspector Takeaways” and “Red Flags.” The content includes tips on maximizing the use of OMRI printed publications and online resources, with plenty of opportunities for live Q&A. These training sessions can also help inspectors meet the continuing education requirements outlined in the new Strengthening Organic Enforcement (SOE) final rule.
