Iran 1400 Inc. is a non-profit organization (IRS Designated 501(c)(3), that aims to promote international understanding of Iran by facilitating dialogues among Iranians and interested observers. It is deeply committed to promoting progress, development, and innovation to create a brighter future for Iran and its citizens. The organization believes in the potential of the Iranian people to drive transformative change, given their collective intelligence, creativity, and resilience. By leveraging technology, knowledge, and collaboration, the Iran 1400 Project seeks to empower individuals and the Iranian community to shape their destiny actively. 

I am excited to announce my new publication of "Dr. Susan I. Moody's Travels to Iran 1909-1934: Courageous Odyssey" captures a fleeting moment of arresting change and shimmering possibility. Exploring the fading values of the 19th century and the emergent understandings of the 20th century, the author shows how one individual navigated such challenging times. This book explores the Industrial Revolution, the rise of the women’s movement, advances in medicine and healthcare, and the start of a new religion – The Baha’i Faith – of which Moody became a devoted member. The Women, Life, Freedom movement in Iran, which began in 2022 after the death of Mahsa Amini, has grown into a powerful symbol of resistance against the country’s authoritarian regime. Over the past two years, the movement has not only challenged mandatory hijab laws. Still, it has also evolved into a broader campaign for civil rights, uniting diverse groups in Iran and drawing significant international support.
