As Women’s History Month comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the inspiring ways our associates came together to celebrate, learn, and honor women’s achievements.   Throughout the month, we hosted powerful conversations with women driving meaningful change. Our Beyond the Seams: Changemakers in Action panel featured Jenny Dembrow, Executive Director of the Lower East Side Girls Club, and Asmeret Berhe-Lumax, Founder of One Love Community Fridge, who shared their journeys of grassroots activism and community impact, moderated by Dani Dillon, Director of Production at Care of Chan.   We also gathered for Behind the Seams: Lessons in Leadership, where Melissa Reed (Regional Vice President – Stores, J.Crew) and Shan Escobar (Sr. Supply Chain Analytics Manager) shared insights on leadership, career growth, and making an impact.   While March is ending, our commitment to uplifting and celebrating women continues every day.   #WomensHistoryMonth

As Black History Month comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the meaningful ways our associates came together to celebrate, learn, and honor Black history, culture, and contributions. Throughout the month, we engaged in powerful conversations, shared experiences, and highlighted Black excellence across industries. Our ‘Behind the Seams’ panel featured incredible leaders—Jamelle Bolden, Keisha Golding, and Shea Hudson Kerr—who shared their journeys, challenges, and wins in a discussion moderated by Nicole Moses-Milner. We also gathered for a special wine tasting event led by renowned sommelier Cha M., spotlighting wines crafted by Black winemakers. We were proud to amplify NOIR, our Associate Interest Group dedicated to fostering inclusive and empowering spaces for Black associates and allies. Beyond our events, we took time to spotlight vibrant Black communities, like Altadena, CA, and supported rebuilding efforts after the recent LA wildfires. And to celebrate the music that shapes culture, our Belonging team curated a special Black History Month playlist. While February may be ending, our commitment to uplifting Black voices, stories, and contributions continues every day. #BlackHistoryMonth
