At JTL, we're proud of our incredible team who work tirelessly to innovate and deliver quality engineering solutions. Take this day to relax, recharge, and reflect on the power of teamwork and perseverance.

We recently celebrated 37 incredible years with Vicky (Victoria) Layton at JTL! Vicky joined us on August 17, 1987, back when we were just Jacobi and Toombs. She became our first INDOT Certified Inspector, paving the way for new services and revenue streams. Her journey to certification in Seymour, Indiana, involved passing six rigorous tests, showcasing her dedication and expertise. As a trailblazer in her field, Vicky has been a stellar communicator and a mentor to many. She ensured projects were completed to perfection and trained numerous inspectors and engineers, helping them achieve INDOT certification. Over Vicky’s career, she has overseen the construction of over $100 million in public infrastructure projects of all types. Her time with us was capped with the $25 million Jeffersonville CSO Storage Interceptor construction project. Vicky’s impact on our team and clients has been immense. She will be greatly missed, but her legacy will continue to inspire us. Thank you, Vicky, for your unwavering commitment and excellence! ⭐
