Transaction complete! We're delighted to share this stylish transformation, carried out for a prestigious financial institution situated in Greenvale, NY. The first-floor bank branch was fully renovated to create an inviting and convenient experience for visiting customers. A second-floor fitout expanded and elevated their space to include a library with an open-concept hospitality bar, an 8-seat conference room with elegant built-in bench seating, and a beautiful private meeting room with a fireplace. Our four-floor buildout for a distinguished international law firm in Manhattan is complete! ✔️👏 Three floors deliver best-in-class work areas: constructed for comfort, ease of use, and efficiency. The fourth floor—the jewel in the crown—features a large-scale, flexible multipurpose room; a boardroom optimized for high-level meetings; conference rooms with sophisticated audio and video capability; an easily accessible catering pantry; and a welcoming reception bay—all with incredible city views. (The view came with the building, but it's worth noting, nonetheless!) An outstanding collaboration with the client, the architect, the engineer, and the landlord contributed to the huge success of this project. Thank you, all!

The office's footprint includes multiple flex offices, collaboration areas, and ample cafe seating, making it ideal for client chats and small group meetings. Flos pendant lighting, porcelain and quartzite tilework, upscale custom millwork and metalwork, and top-of-the-line surface finishes have made this project shine.

A big shout-out to our dedicated team for their outstanding work on this project! Situated on the 27th floor of the historic 45 Rockefeller Building, Tishman Speyer's Studio Gather is a leading-edge conference facility spanning over 25,000 square feet. It includes a variety of tech-forward meeting spaces, conference rooms, and a spacious Assembly Room with a capacity for 290 people. This full interior demo included the installation of demountable partitions in the Assembly Room, the reinforcement of concrete slab framing for structural support, and the upgrading of the facility's AV, phone, and digital infrastructure. Finishing touches like the exposed, refinished brickwork and leather & brass corner molding added personality and elegance to the space.
