Senior Deputy Director General JCAB, Alternate Representative of Japan on the Council of ICAO

Honored to be invited as the first Japanese delegation to attend ECAC Plenary Session held in Strasbourg, France 9-10 July. Finding this organisation has been managed and operated as if it is another ICAO gave me a lot of insights as one of the representatives joining this floor as its international partners. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to all of ECAC colleagues in particular, my long respectable colleague President Mr. Alessio Quaranta and Executive Secretary Ms.Patricia Reverdy enabling my participation in the discussion of the session.
