We listened to their feedback and recently made improvements to make it easier to access all our Spark Good programs. I’m excited to share a few new features: 💻 Now, nonprofits and schools can access all programs at one entry point on walmart.com/nonprofits ✅ Through a new collaboration, Deed will verify organizations participating in Spark Good programs 🎉 A new platform for Walmart and Sam's Club associates, powered by Deed, will provide new ways for organizations to engage our associates to give and volunteer, including posting volunteer opportunities that associates can search and sign up for!    Check out the new features and continue to let us know how we can make it easier for you to #SparkGood in your communities.

Urgent: How your company can help prepare for Hurricane Helene In the Southeast United States, #HurricaneHelene is rapidly approaching from the Gulf of Mexico. The Associated Press reports that the “unsurvivable” Category 3 storm is expected to make landfall tonight in the Florida Panhandle, then progress north through Alabama and Georgia (including Atlanta) toward Tennessee and Kentucky. President Joe Biden has approved emergency declarations for Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama, where FEMA rapid response teams have already been deployed. At least 100,000 homes and businesses in Florida have already lost power, with many more expected to follow. Are companies doing enough to support Hispanic and Latino employees? Each year, the United States observes National Hispanic and Latino Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15. This is a time to recognize that, while the histories and cultures of Spain, Latin America, and the Caribbean are unique and diverse, there is so much that brings us together from language to food, from work to community. It's one thing to affirm our commitment to diversity by writing good corporate policies and cause marketing. But it's another thing to engage our workforce in actions that make a tangible, measurable difference in the communities and causes we care about. Learn how Deed can help your employees donate, volunteer, and give sustaining grants to nonprofits that uplift our diverse communities during Hispanic and Latino Heritage Month: https://bit.ly/3ZwWEtX
