🙂↔️ 𝗡𝗼, 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 (𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘆, 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀!) 🙂↔️ When you're job hunting, rejections can be frequent: you apply, wait, and hear nothing back... and suddenly you think, "Maybe I'm just not good enough?" Well, let's stop that thought right here. Because the real secret isn't convincing yourself that "everything will be fine," but rather building a resilient mindset. In other words, learning how to turn a "no" into something useful for the future. Imagine that after receiving multiple rejections, instead of giving up, you started seeking advice from those who know you best and experts in the field. In doing so, you discovered how to improve your profile. The result? You found unexpected opportunities, gained new skills, and regained confidence in yourself. So, the best advice we can give you is to start talking to yourself differently. Instead of saying, "I'm not enough," try, "Every day, I'm making progress."

🗣️ "Young talent today isn’t just looking for a job—they’re seeking a meaningful experience." 🗣️ We interviewed Steve Cadigan, LinkedIn's First Chief HR Officer and one of the top 200 Global Thought Leaders in the world of People & Talent. Believe us... his insights are truly impactful! "One element that makes this generation different is the unprecedented visibility they have into career choices and the many ways to leverage their skills. More than any previous generation, they see a vast landscape of opportunities and want to explore. As a result, turnover is naturally higher — not necessarily because they’re disengaged, but because they’re pioneers seeking new adventures and experiences" So, what strategies can companies adopt to attract, engage, and retain young talent in this new workforce scenario? -- The full interview with Steve is in the first comment 👇

🤔 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵? 🤔 Recently, we talked about how Gen Z is rethinking career growth, favoring more dynamic and flexible paths over traditional corporate hierarchies. 𝟲𝟵% of Gen Z finds management roles stressful and unrewarding, while 𝟱𝟮% don’t see them as a priority. 📊 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗭 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 📊 Have you ever thought that the traditional idea of "climbing the corporate ladder" is no longer appealing? For many young people, rising through company hierarchies is no longer a goal. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 represents exactly this: the conscious choice to move away from middle management in favor of more flexible, collaborative leadership models focused on personal growth. But why do fewer and fewer young people see a managerial role as desirable? According to a survey conducted by the British company Robert Walters: - 𝟲𝟵% consider these roles stressful and unrewarding - 𝟭𝟴% feel they have limited decision-making autonomy - 𝟭𝟭% see few opportunities for growth So, does it still make sense to aim for these roles if the balance between effort and benefits isn’t convincing? 𝟱𝟮% say no, and in France, the percentage rises to 𝟳𝟳%. On the other hand, even those currently in these roles are struggling: 𝟳𝟭% of middle managers feel overwhelmed, stressed, and under pressure. This is why the new generation doesn’t just want to reject these roles but redefine their meaning—less bureaucracy, more autonomy, and a focus on skill development. Not just climbing a hierarchy, but creating spaces where talent can evolve freely. What do you think about it? Let us know in the comments! 👇
